Plugin not working

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Log on to <a href="https://iccct.cricket/"> Champions Trophy Live Score </a>
3. Go to scorecard

What is the expected behavior?
<a href="https://iccct.cricket/"> Champions Trophy Live Score </a> must start downloading a word file including all the stats.

What went wrong?
<a href="https://iccct.cricket/"> Champions Trophy Live Score </a> is not starting to download the Champions trophy live score card.

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? No
