show_raw=1 query string parameter is getting lost

repro:
1) open https://chromium-swarm-dev.appspot.com/user/task/35d02e5efbc2de10?show_raw=1
2) notice: Milo output is shown instead of raw output. The query string parameter is lost

Note that you are linking to the old/deprecated/unloved endpoint, which is doing a blind redirect to the new/approved/effervescent endpoint.
