  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)wheneverI use mouse/mousepad 
(2)screen changes from 100% to either much larger or much smaller 
(3)even if turn off computer and reboot, it does the same thing

What is the expected result? I want screen to stay the size I set in settings which is 100%.


What happens instead? it can randomly change from 100% to 70%. Also a dash with a circle around it appears in the URL box
