SVG text filter pixelated when printing

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Hit ctrl-p to start the print preview.

What is the expected behavior?
Texts should have a white outline/halo effect.

What went wrong?
Texts are pixelated beyond recognition, please see attached png.

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.81  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Looks ok i IE11 and Firefox.

The filter is the thing that is breaking it, as the reporter says.

Maybe we don't support filters in pdf, but we should not break things this badly.
