Date and time in “weather of __" displayed when tapping weather icon on the d-menu(Weblink:weather.smt.docomo.ne.jp) TOP screen is not correct.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. SW flash and power on.(SIM inserted)
2. d-menu app launched.(In Nexus launch weather.smt.docomo.ne.jp)
3. Show "weather" page.
4. Check behaviour

What is the expected behavior?
Date and time in “weather of __" is should be Correct.

What went wrong?
Date and time in “weather of __" is not correct.

Did this work before? Yes 53.0.2785.135

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 7.1.1
Flash Version: 57.0.2987.133

This issue does not reproduce with 3rdParty BrowserApp(FireFox).
Issue is not reproduced in Chrome version 53.0.2785.135 
Issue reproduced in Nexus 5X

Additional Pre Conditon is:
- Do the factory reset.
- Set the timezone to JST(GMT +09:00)

somcsas1 -- Could you please upgrade your Chrome to Latest Stable and let us if the issue still occurs. If yes, please provide us Chrome version, Mobile Device details and also a screen cast which would be helpful for us to triage further.
