Tooltips' colors choice makes them barely readable

OS Version: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20170425, GNOME 3.24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trigger a tooltip

What is the expected result?
Tooltip colors match GTK(3) theme colors, e.g. white on black
What happens instead of that?

@ivan hm, I've been pretty sure I was able to reproduce the issue with "classic" theme as well, that's why I didn't mention it's specifically GTK+. Thanks for the workaround, works for me!

Tested this issue using #59.0.3071.36 on Ubuntu 16.04. Unable to reproduce this issue as per the steps mentioned in Comment #0. @Andrei: Could you please disable the theme's if you added any from Web store and add GTk+ or classic theme to check the issue. Please find the screen cast. Let us know the behavior.
