Textarea and Input don't update its cursor index when onBlur comes after Backspace

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Write inside Textarea "test" 2. Set the input cursor "te|st" 3. Press Backspace once "t|st" 4. Click outside Textarea What is the expected behavior? Step 3. Console: "TEXTAREA input 1 1" Step 4. Console: "TEXTAREA blur 1 1" What went wrong? Step 3. Console: "TEXTAREA input 1 1" Step 4. Console: "TEXTAREA blur 2 2" Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers?
