Open any PDF file with Chrome(including local downloaded pdfs) 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? PDF viewer starts What went wrong? Unable to reproduce on current Windows Chrome Canary - 60.0.3083.0, but I didn't check on dev channel. Moving from Blink to PDF component for the experts there.

This may be the same issue as bug 709771 . I can't tell for sure though. On one of my computers, I'm still running 60.0.3080.1 Canary, and it won't navigate to any PDFs.

Attached is a screenshot. Also, in Chrome 59 this would be fixed by restarting Chrome, but in Chrome 60 the PDF viewer remains blank.

Let's wait for bug 709771 to get resolved, and see if this bug goes away.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 with Stable #58.0.3029.81, Beta # 59.0.3071.29, Dev #60.0.3080.5, Canary #60.0.3086.0 Able to see the PDF file as expected on these versions steventang166@ Could you retry the same scenario on clean profile with no apps/extensions and let us know observations.

The profile in the screenshot reproduced the issue and it was the Guest profile om Chrome which had no apps / extensions.

Unable to reproduce the issue in Win-10 using chrome reported version #60.0.3080.5 and latest canary #60.0.3087.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Could anyone from Internals>Plugins>PDF team please have a look into this issue. Thanks...!!
