Components: -Blink Internals>Plugins>PDF
Unable to reproduce on current Windows Chrome Canary - 60.0.3083.0, but I didn't check on dev channel.

Moving from Blink to PDF component for the experts there.

This may be the same issue as bug 709771 . I can't tell for sure though.

On one of my computers, I'm still running 60.0.3080.1 Canary, and it won't navigate to any PDFs.
Attached is a screenshot. Also, in Chrome 59 this would be fixed by restarting Chrome, but in Chrome 60 the PDF viewer remains blank.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 with Stable #58.0.3029.81, Beta #	59.0.3071.29, Dev #60.0.3080.5, Canary #60.0.3086.0

Able to see the PDF file as expected on these versions

steventang166@ Could you retry the same scenario on clean profile with no apps/extensions and let us know observations.
The profile in the screenshot reproduced the issue and it was the Guest profile om Chrome which had no apps / extensions.
