getInstalledRelatedApps should work from workers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Turn on chrome://flags#enable-experimental-web-platform-features.
(2) Call navigator.getInstalledRelatedApps() from a (web|service) worker.

What is the expected result?
It works.

What happens instead?
It's undefined.
