[DevTools] URL of network request in Summary tab should end with "..."

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3080.5 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools
2. Record page load with the Performance panel
3. Click the HTML request for the page so that it's visible in the Summary tab

What is the expected behavior?
The clickable URL in the Summary tab ends with "..." to indicate that it's not a complete URL.

What went wrong?
The clickable URL is "developers.google.com/" which makes it seem like that is the full URL, when in fact the full URL is "developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/"

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 60.0.3080.5  Channel: canary

Tested the issue on Mac-10.12.4 using chrome latest canary 60.0.3083.0 with the steps mentioned in comment#0.
Observed that in summary tab complete url is not displayed but when i mouse hover on the link it displayed the complete url. 
Please find the attached screen cast for reference and let us know your observations.
