Toggles between full screen and normal screen randomly

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.open chrome, visit few websites.
2.open file manager or internet explorer
3.come back to chrome, it toggles to full screen

What is the expected behavior?
it should not randomly switch or change the viewing mode.

What went wrong?
Jumps between Full screen and Normal screen 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.81  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7,10 using chrome version 58.0.3029.81.Not observed chrome full screen behaviour after opening file manager or internet explorer.

Could you please once try the issue on new profile without any extensions/flags and update the thread if the issue still persists.
