Quota Management is not accessible from Page Info or Site settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit permission.site on Chrome OS
(2) Press "Quota Management" and Allow the permission prompt.
(3) Open Page Info and Site settings

What is the expected result?
You can find the granted permission in site settings.

What happens instead?
The granted permission is nowhere in sight.

Since this is a prompt for a permission that is associated with the origin, we should be surfacing it.
