Permission dropdown "Ask" row changes to allow or block on OSX

Issue description

Chrome Version: 58.0.3029.81 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: OSX 10.12.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Page Info
(2) Change one of the dropdown from Ask to Allow or Block, and reload page
(3) Open the same dropdown from (2) and see the Ask row

What is the expected result?
No change on the label

What happens instead?
Changes to Allow or Block

Note: It doesn't happen on Canary 60. Also doesn't happen on Windows(58).

Could you post a screenshot of chrome://settings/content/location ?
