Another screenshot of the issue , normal chrome works fine , but the canary is like this , firefox and edge work fine as well , i switched from normal chrome to canary because chrome was not able to play youtube videos and video streaming for some reason for the last 3 days

Thanks!  I don't see anything obviously interesting in your about:gpu output.  CCing some GPU experts for further triage / repro attempts.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10,Mac 10.12.4 & Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version-60.0.3082.0  & latest Canary-60.0.3082.3 as per the steps mentioned in comment#0.

Could you please check the issue on clean profile without any apps & extensions.

Same problem here, only workaround is to disable graphic acceleration
