What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create a new window and navigate to apple.com
(2) Click the security indicator to reveal the page info dialog
(3) Cmd-T to create a new tab
(4) Cmd-Option left arrow to go back to the apple.com tab

What is the expected result?
The apple.com security indicator is not highlighted

What happens instead?
The apple.com security indicator is highlighted. It doesn't matter if the mouse is still over the indicator or not (the highlighting is click highlighting, not rollover highlighting).
