Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 OPR/43.0.2442.1144 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Hardware acceleration enabled 2. OS display scale higher than 100% (be sure to log off user when changing scale). What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Whole browser jumps up by 1px while moving mouse over website elements (ex. atto.com). I can't reproduce this issue with my PC but it happens on both of my laptops with Opera and Chrome. Perhaps it's related to integrated screen as I read that using external screen fixes issue. Turning off hardware acceleration helps too.
