1.Launch chrome 
2.Goto google.com or bookmyshow.com.
3.Wait for the webpage to load.
4.Tap on tab switcher.
5.Refresh the page.

Observed results:
At step 4 : URL is displayed as page title.
At step 5 : Web Page title is displayed correctly after refreshing the page.

Expected results:
Web page title should be displayed correctly.
