Regression: In chrome://flags, page transition is not smooth on zoom in/out the page.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3071.29(Official Build)dcd2d6617b9c77d95a69625720bec83c6e519f1d-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#247} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://flags. 2) Now zoom in/out the page using Ctrl + mouse scroll and observe. On zoom in/out the page, transition is not smooth. On zoom in/out the page, transition should be smooth. This is a Regression issue broken in M-51, will soon update other info Manual bisect: Good build - 51.0.2686.0 Bad build - 51.0.2687.0 Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS.

The percentage shown in scrolling in/out is dynamically adjusted when the mouse wheel is adjusted. Changing the scroll of the page does lag behind it but there is visual indication that the UX is adjusting the scale of the page after each user interaction. |
