Cannot login via Chrome 58.0.3029.83

ALSO AM UNABLE TO LOGIN PROPERLY, LET ALONE SYNC USING MY TOSHIBA PC.
From "Settings > Abou9t Chrome"

ACTUAL result:NEVER OBTAINED. SENT AROUND IN INFURIATING CIRCLES 
WHILE TRYING TO LOGIN. ALL APPS AND BOOKMARKS

We could not repro this issue on Galaxy S6Edge/MMB29K, Chrome: 58.0.3029.83

Can you please provide a bugreport for your issue?

To get bugreport:
Android Settings > About Phone > Tap Build number 10 times, go back one screen, Developer options should be right above About phone.
Once you have enabled developer options,  to take a bug report,go to Android Settings -> Developer Options ->Enable USB Debugging and then tap on Take bug report

Also, please provide your device's android version.
