My code only affected Blink painting, and this seems to be native UI; besides, it was reverted in the same blame range. Assigning to ellyjones@ (from chrome/browser/ui/cocoa/OWNERS) for triage.

This is not a bug; it is the behavior of Cocoa radio buttons. The focus ring remains on the original setting to make it easier for the user to return to the default. For example, here's an attached screenshot of the OS's settings dialog exhibiting the same behavior. This is not a bug, and therefore WontFix. |
