Issue descriptionChrome Version : 59.0.3071.29 (Official Build) dcd2d6617b9c77d95a69625720bec83c6e519f1d-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#247} 32/64-bit OS: Windows(7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, open NTP and press F11 key to enter into fullscreen mode. 2. Click inside 'search box' and press F11 key to exit from fullscreen mode. 3. Now click inside 'Omnibox' and observe the text caret in 'Search box'. Actual : Unnecessarily text caret is seen in 'Search box' after clicking inside 'Omnibox' (i.e both the text carets are visible at the same time). Expected : 'Search box' text caret should vanish after clicking inside omnibox and only one text caret should present in omnibox. This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-33 build #33.0.1712.0, since the new NTP was introduced from this build. Note : Above issue is not reproducible on Mac OS.

It's possible the fakebox may go away. Let's re-evaluate this bug in a few months.
