"FakeVideoCaptureDeviceDescriptorTest.AccessIsRevokedOnSecondAccess" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. Thanks for the quick mitigation. I'll investigate what caused the flakiness and reland as soon as I have a fix.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
Relanded the CL [1] with a fix for the flaky test.
Test runs appear to be stable now.
