Omnibox url for source page of bookmark is not proper.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 59.0.3071.29 Revision dcd2d6617b9c77d95a69625720bec83c6e519f1d-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#247}
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1)


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://bookmarks/
(2) Right click on page and select View page source option(it will open view source page)
(3) Observe omnibox url of source page.
 
Actual: Omnibox url for source page of bookmark is not proper.

Expected: Omnibox url for source page of bookmark should be proper.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from 'M-58'

Untriaged so that it gets addressed.

Sounds like a URL presentation issue.  (Not a security issue, so I'm sorry if I'm abusing the UI->Security->UrlFormatting label.)  Or maybe the navigation stack isn't telling the omnibox the right URL to display?  Other chrome:// pages work fine; it's just bookmarks that reveals that underneath it's powered by an extension.
