Alternatives to keygen after removal of the feature in 57

Issue description

With 57, chrome has removed keygen element. This is impacting real use cases which relied on this. [ Example :  go/hosted-smime-for-work ]

Question: Are there alternative cusotmers can use ?

Not sure this is a bug, since it's just a question, but the answer from the thread discussing was https://pkijs.org/ is an example.

You can generate keys/CSRs using WebCrypto and download them (e.g. blob/data) or format/import them (e.g. PKCS#7/PKCS#12).

The CAs mentioned all support CSR generation as a means for importing, so it's fully possible for both them (or extensions) to generate this, or to use the OS functionality for generating requests.
