Regression: Show password is not working on chrome://md-settings/passwords

Issue description

Chrome Version:60.0.3081.6 (Official Build) 7e55e18c051a67794db1a0be1a67fb377331dcf3-refs/branch-heads/3081@{#8}
OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1)

Pre-condition: Sign-in with an account which contain password sync.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/passwords
2. Click on iron icon and then click on Details ,click on eye icon (i.e. Show password)
3. Observe.

Actual: Show password is not working (Password is not shown)
Expected: Show password should work (Password should be showed) 

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 60’ and will soon update the other info.
