Video issue, Audio issue, both, neither? video is slow, audio is way after the video.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)open youtube
(2)start any video
(3)start fullscreen

What is the expected result? no lag?

What is the actual result? much lag

Any additional information (anything else which may help us debug the
issue)? when i close teamspeak 3 v 3.1.4 it wont lag anymore, but it is only chrome that is affected by TS3
