Chrome crashes if casting tab and new tab opened to chrome:inspect

Chrome Version: 59.0.3071.26
OS: Win 10, Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) cast e.g. vimeo.com to a Chromecast device in tab #1
(2) open new tab and go to chrome:inspect


What is the expected result? Chrome remains open

What happens instead? Chrome crashes. Repros easily and every time.

Those aren't crash IDs (are they client ids)?  Can you copy paste an ID from chrome://crashes?
