ui/base/clipboard/clipboard_android_unittests.cc was removed due to blocking refactoring, see http://crrev.com/2839753007

It was never ran since it was part of interactive_ui_tests target and that target is not included on android.

The deleted file should be re-implemented java side according to: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/base/android/jni_generator/sample_for_tests.h
