The site is overriding the behavior of the wheel by calling preventDefault on the wheel events. That's a bad thing to do (scrolling looks terrible IMHO), but Chrome behavior is by design. You have to use the zoom options in the menu or keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl-+/-).
