Chrome PDF viewer should jump to last viewed page when re-opening a PDF document. |

Issue descriptionSometimes when reading a large document you'll accidentlly swipe backwards, or click in a link in the PDF which will cause a navigation. Having to go back to the PDF, wait for load, and scroll to the last location (if you remember) is a pain. We should store the last page being viewed and jump the viewer to that location on a back navigation.
