Can't open some Websites on chrome and other browser's recently

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 57.0.2987.133
URLs (if applicable) : m.mangafox.me
Other browsers tested: Mozilla Firefox
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:FAIL, 53.0(32-bit)
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Just opening the link. 
(2)
(3)

What is the expected result?
Opening the website

What happens instead?
I get "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

talhasalci@ regarding the "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE" error  from the "https://www.allinfopark.net/err-empty-response/" these are the possible reasons.

1. We should have a working and active internet connection. If we don’t have an active internet connection then we may face this error.
2. Some of Google Chrome files may be knowingly or unknowingly deleted by other programs.
3. If there is a problem in Windows registry then we may face the err err_empty_response.
4. Any harmful programs may cause this error.
5. If Google Chrome is not installed properly then we may face this error.

These are suggestions which may resolve your issue.

1. If your facing this issue on multiple browsers, then please contact your system admin regarding the network connections.
2. Uninstall the old chrome from your machine and download the latest installer from "https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel"
