Media router UI should not be web inspectable

Chrome Version       : 60.0.3077.0
OS Version: 9492.0.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click "Cast..." in Chrome menu
2. Media Router pop up shows up
3. Right click

What is the expected result?
Nothing.

What happens instead of that?
I see the Web Context Menu that allows me to inspect web element.
