[Site settings] Forward 'arrow icon' of last site entry is seen misaligned in 'All sites' subpage.

Chrome Version : 60.0.3081.0 (Official Build) c874a28819750c3da98cbc8abc8ace690bfa9e1e-refs/heads/master@{#467177} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows (7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

Precondition : Please enable "Site settings with All sites and Site details" flag from chrome://flags.

Test URL : https://permission.site/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to above test URL, click on 'Location' button and click 'Allow' in permission bubble.
2. Open NTP and navigate to chrome://md-settings/content and click on 'All sites'.
3. Observe the 'arrow icon' of last entry in sites list.

Actual : Forward 'arrow icon' of last site entry is seen misaligned.

Expected : 'Arrow icon' of last site entry should be properly aligned with other arrow icons.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-60’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info.
Good build : 60.0.3080.5
Bad build : 60.0.3081.0

Note : Will soon update Mac OS status once the #60.0.3081.0 is available for Mac.

Able to reproduce this issue on windows 10, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 with Chrome Canary-
