Drag and drop from Chrome browser not working

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome browser
2. Click and drag image to another website's drag n drop control(like Dropzone)
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
When we drop the image on another website it should transfer file. The same feature working with Mozilla Firefox.

What went wrong?
datatransfer.files always showing as null after drop.

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.81  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Tested in chrome # 58.0.3029.81 and canary #60.0.3081.0 on win 10.0 & 7 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference.

@Reporter: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations and provide us screen cast of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.

I also failed to repro the claim that this works in other browsers. My steps were:

1) Open google.com in a browser window
2) Open dropzonejs.com in a separate browser window
3) Drag the Google logo from the first window to the second

The drag operation did not complete in Chrome, Firefox or Edge on Windows 10. The drag operation does complete if the image is first dragged from the Google.com window to a File Explorer window (downloaded to disk) and then dragged from File Explorer to the dropzone.js window.

Based on the operations involved, I'd guess this is indeed a duplicate of issue 83112. Please comment here if the steps above suggest I've misunderstood the point of the bug.
Please follow below step for success scenario.
1. Open Google.com in FireFox browser
2. Open dropzonejs.com in Chrome browser
3. Drag the Google logo from the first window to the second
