Rewrite RuleFeatureSetTest, which uses /deep/ and ::shadow

RuleFeatureSetTest is failing, according to https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.linux/builders/linux_chromium_rel_ng/builds/438296.

RuleFeatureSetTest is actually testing /deep/ and ::shadow.
We have to rewrite it.
