The following layout test is flaky on all platforms

Probable cause:

This is related to  issue 594309  /  issue 582836 . I tried to tighten up the flakiness expectations since they seemed out-of-date, but given issue 714055 has also recently come in, it definitely looks like I overshot the mark.

I suggest marking this issue as a duplicate of  issue 582836 . Fixing flakiness here is effectively blocked on finding a good way to delay test completion until fonts are loaded ( issue 507054 ).
