Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Platform: Chrome)S Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: Steps to Reproduce: - 1. Boot into chromium OS 2. Logout / login back for a clean histogram state. 3. Go to https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/peerconnection/pc1/. 4. Start a video call. 5. Open a new tab and go to chrome: //histograms/Media, reload the page twice. 6. Look for Media.RTCVideoEncoderInitEncodeSuccess and Media.RTCVideoEncoderProfile. What is the expected behavior? It should get the status of video encoder and decoder. What went wrong? Missing Decoder and Encoder status after initiating Webrtc video call , under histogram state. Note :Please verify the attached histogram logs for further details. Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers?
