Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Boot into chrome OS.
2. Enable BT from UI.
3. Connect Logitech Bluetooth key board.
4. Disconnect the BT KBD from the BT settings page by clicking [x].
5. Wait for the BT highlight to disappear.
6. Press any key or combination of keys on the BT KBD.
7. Repeat step 4 to step 6 multiple times.

What is the expected behavior?
The BT Keyboard should disconnect and re-connect multiple times without any issues.

What went wrong?
BT KBD does not re-connect after disconnecting from BT settings page.
