Print browser has sections of page on side

Issue description

Chrome Version: 60.0.3080.0
OS: Win10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Run Canary with --enable-print-browser flag
(2) Open any webpage e.g. wikipedia.org
(3)

What is the expected result?
See page as it would appear in print preview/when printed with default settings.

What happens instead?
Sections of page appear next to other sections (see example).

Unable to reproduce, over to print team for clarification.
I'm also seeing garbled graphics on the right side if I run a maximized window with --enable-print-browser. If I also pass in --disable-gpu, it helps keep the right side blank.
