[Findit] Flake Analyzer - Wrong result

What's the finding so far?
Status: Fixed (was: Started)
The analysis should now have try jobs that suggest a culprit that tanked the pass rate from 100% to 37%, however based on the discussion in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=713201 about this specific flaky test sheriffs and the CL owner have high confidence the suspected CL is not correct - the CL impacts windows code, while this test is on Mac.

Additional swarming tasks triggered manually/separately (not included in the analysis):

build 39541: passed 400/400
https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=35c4d177b6da8310&refresh=10&request_detail=true&show_raw=1

39543: passed 400/400
https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=35c4d00f7a023710&refresh=10&request_detail=true&show_raw=1

39544: passed 399/400
https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=35c4ac2668e46a10&refresh=10&request_detail=true&show_raw=1

This appears to be a corner case that the flake analyzer is unable to catch based on existing logic, and concludes the investigation.

IMO, as no solution was not found, we can't say it is fixed.

Comment 5 by st...@chromium.org, Apr 27 2017

build 39544 has the same failure stack as the recent flake.

Hey Jeff, if no action could be done here, should we close the bug?
