Save Password infobar is not displayed for prodigygame.com

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Google Chrome
2. Navigate to www.prodigygame.com
3. Tap on Get your free account
3. Tap on Parent in the popup
4. Enter the details -Full name, Email address & password


Observed results: Save Password infobar is not displayed
Note: Save Password popup is displayed on Chrome on Mac

Expected results: Save Password infobar should be displayed

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Not tested
Bug reproducible on Dolphin/Safari/Atomic: Dolphin: NA, Safari: NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): M57 Yes
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): M58 Yes

I'm not working on iOS now. Password saving on iOS should benefit much from the refactoring that going now (issue 831123).
