Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2987.132 OS: Android Locale : RU, VI User Comments : 1. After the upgrade, there were wide white bands at the top and bottom when watching a movie in a browser in full screen mode. 2. When watching a movie in full-screen mode, top and bottom will appear white stripes, which prevents to watch! So it was after the last update. 3. What has become of video views now? !! Along the edges from the top and bottom of the white stripes instead of black, before it was all right, please fix 4. After the last update for movies and video in full screen mode on the sides there are white inserts. I'm pretty sure this doesn't affect all fullscreen video, requesting test confirmation and some way to reproduce this.

Can you provide the URLs of some sites on which you experience this issue? This will help us reproduce what you are seeing.If possible attach the video We are not able to repro the issue, tested on latest M58 and M59 builds Tested on Devices: Samsung Galaxy S7 Verizon(SM-G930V)/NRD90M, Samsung Galaxy J7(SM-J700H)/MMB29K Sites: buzzfeed.com, vimeo.com,gutenberg.org,imdb.com
