[DevTools] Buggy behavior when editing contiguous text nodes

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3080.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?

Editing one text node deletes other ones

Able to reproduce the issue on Latest Stable# 58.0.3029.81 and Latest Canary# 60.0.3082.3 on Windows, Mac and Linux.
This is Non-Regression issue observed from M30# 30.0.1549.0, changing the status to Untriaged to get addressed.
