Since at least version 58.0.3029.81 Widevine Content Decryption Module - Version: 1.4.8.970 
the DRM secured live stream at http://www.prosieben.de/livestream is not being played in Google Chrome anymore. 
All options for secured content in Chrome settings are enabled. 
Does also NOT work in Version 60.0.3080.0 (Offizieller Build) canary which also has a never version of Widevine Content Decryption Module - Version: 1.4.8.984

Video-stream works in Firefox and worked before in Google Chrome 57.0.2987.133.
