my computer wont load or play movies on netflix and other websites even though i have the connection ?

Issue description

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:n/a
    Firefox:n/a
         IE:only have crome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)select movie that i was to play
(2)reloads play as if its going to start playing but just stays blck
(3)im Not! talking about dvd 

What is the expected result?

alowed to watch and load movies again ? i check to see if my lap top needs updates and it says no? 

What happens instead?

Also, Netflix doesn't work in incognito mode. Could you please try normal mode?
