We store component statistics from Monorail, but we never delete them even if the component disappears in Monorail.  This leaves bogus entries in different components (e.g. "Beer" is still displayed as a component here: https://chromiumdash.appspot.com/components).

We should purge them periodically, perhaps via cron.
