Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3078.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. HTML inspector src popup (on hover on image/resource src attribute) 2. see plain text URL encoded src link? it needs to be an anchor <a> tag so it can be clickable. What is the expected behavior? clickable resource url opens up in new tab. What went wrong? nothing Did this work before? No Chrome version: 60.0.3078.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: it is a minor feature, literally requires 1 line addition (git diff), please give it high priority, to ship it ASAP to enhance the front-end developer experience.
