As of https://chromiumcodereview.appspot.com/2833673003/ First Run doesn't appear in Recents once the user switches to another app.  

We could address this like how SeparateTaskManagedCustomTabActivity
does it, where it fires an Intent back at the Intent but adds the
EXCLUDE_FROM_RECENTS flag.
