Debug Chromium on MacOS crashes when printing PDF to unwritable file path.

Project Member Reported by halcanary@google.com, Apr 24 2017

Issue description

Chromium: 60.0.3076.0 (Developer Build) (64-bit)
Revision: c7a0755ef5b59863b714ceaa988a57c882195f86-refs/heads/master@{#465686}
OS: Mac OS X

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) CMD-ALT-p
(2) PDF -> Save As PDF...
(3) Save to a location where you lack permission to write files, such as '/x.pdf'.

What is the expected result?

Fail, not crash.

What happens instead?

Crash

What's the failure exactly? Is this mac-specific?

I repro'd locally. We hit a NOTREACHED() in PrintViewManagerBase::OpportunisticallyCreatePrintJob().
If this is blocking development, I would recommend just removing the offending NOTREACHED() in your local build.
