Issue descriptionApp Version: 60.0.3077.0 canary iOS Version: 10.2.1 Device: iPad Pro URL: youtube.com Steps to reproduce: 1. Clean Install Chrome. 2. In NTP when tap on youtube.com.Close the tab. 3. Now type m.youtube.com in omnibox and tap on Go Observed results: Multiple tiles for the same website in most visited section of ntp. Expected results: Only one snapshot for the same website should be present in ntp. I would consider this bug a dupe of https://crbug.com/567132. According to my current understanding of history backend, I would now say the same of https://crbug.com/670271 too. Will resolve as such if there are no objections.
